Remembering Phineas: One year on
7 September 2017
Posted by on One year ago today, our wonderful Phineas made his way to rainbow bridge.
It is hard to believe that a whole year has passed. There have been many changes since his passing but his home, the Silver Villa, is very much the same. I can still visualise him sitting at each seed pot, chewing the iodine block & sitting on the perch in the doorway. His pink swing is still in use, though not as a bedtime position as he used it.
Always in our thoughts.
Love you my lovely boy.
(I still hope you can forgive me).

I’m sure he forgives you, you were only trying to help him.
It’s amazing how the greys (and others) can look so different from eachother) Phineas was the same mutation as dear Roswell, but looks nothing like him.

Thank you, featheredfiends. No, they were hardly twins, in looks or personality. 🙂

What a noble bird Phinny was! And I very much doubt he’d think he had anything to forgive you for … although he will be eternally grateful for all the love he received.

He looks noble in this photo…. but he was probably still having naughty thoughts. I hope he’s getting lots of love & attention over at rainbow bridge.
